"Here at Marion Unit # 2, we are in our first year of using InformationNow.
Although we have been STI users for a number of years, the transition over to the new web-based student information system has been quite an experience. We were impressed with the implementation timeline that was put together for us and equally impressed with the data conversion process.
Everything was right on schedule.
In a District our size, new questions arise almost daily. The Knowledge Base that is provided on the STI web site is very helpful and their on-line incident reporting is a nice feature. The STI Support Staff has also been very helpful and have helped us get a lot of issues resolved.
Recently we completed a second round of on-site training for some of our Staff. These sessions, directed by STI trainers, have proven to be a tremendous help. The trainer's knowledge of the product not only allows us to better utilize the software, but helps to encourage our users.
