STIAssessment's Reporting Tool, TestSCOPE®, Informs the Teaching Process Throughout the School Year

STIAssessment provides the necessary data quickly. When students take their tests online, scoring is conducted instantly, and test results are available that day. If students take their tests on paper, their tests can be scanned and the test data can quickly be imported into the reporting module.

Once the tests are scored, the resulting data is available for review and analysis through STI's proprietary reporting module, TestSCOPE®. Data can be presented at the individual student level, aggregated at the class, school and district levels, and disaggregated according to population sub-groups for NCLB reporting purposes.

TestSCOPE® provides many different reports that facilitate data-driven instruction, leading to greater student achievement. Reports present student mastery levels by standard, allowing for immediate remediation, as well as identification of areas of vulnerability related to upcoming standardized exams. Reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel® with a simple click of a button for easy analysis and presentation.

TestSCOPE® Reports include:

  • Item Analysis by standard to help educators direct instruction.
  • Student Performance with answers and time-on-task, to see each individual student’s level of mastery for each standard.
  • Demographic Comparison for each standard across population sub-groups at the district, school, class, and teacher levels to help monitor NCLB compliance.
  • Class Pre/Post Assessment Comparison to help monitor progress and teacher success in teaching the curriculum.
  • Class Performance by Teacher to compare performance by class for each standard, facilitating collaborative instruction within the faculty.
  • School Performance enables administrators to view mastery of each standard and compare it to a District Average.
  • Assessment Analysis can aggregate persentation of responses to facilitate research and analysis at the district level.
