"Here at Marion Unit # 2, we are in our first year of using InformationNow.
Although we have been STI users for a number of years, the transition over to the new web-based student information system has been quite an experience. We were impressed with the implementation timeline that was put together for us and equally impressed with the data conversion process.
Everything was right on schedule.
In a District our size, new questions arise almost daily. The Knowledge Base that is provided on the STI web site is very helpful and their on-line incident reporting is a nice feature. The STI Support Staff has also been very helpful and have helped us get a lot of issues resolved.
Recently we completed a second round of on-site training for some of our Staff. These sessions, directed by STI trainers, have proven to be a tremendous help. The trainer's knowledge of the product not only allows us to better utilize the software, but helps to encourage our users.

Says about InformationNOW and the Fee Billing Module
"For the 2009-2010 school year, our district set up fee billing in InformationNOW, I have been very happy with the results. At registration as payments were made to the various accounts that were setup, receipts were generated and no hand written receipts were written. This was definitely a time save at registration.
I especially like the receipts journal report. It lists all the accounts that were paid by category, and by check, cash, charge or waivers. This eliminated the tedious task of adding everything by a hand calculator and made my job much easier. As I have continued to enter fee payments, I am very happy with the process and like the new improvements that have been made."
